Join certified kids yoga instructor, Kristina, for gentle flow & playful positions that will leave children feeling refreshed, renewed and reconnected with themselves and others! Kids can bring their favorite stuffed animal to join them on the mat! Yoga mats provided (or you can bring your own). During this session, children will also have the opportunity to decorate peace rocks and eye pillows to take home. Recommended for ages 3-10.
